We aim to provide a smooth and fair experience for all customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Non-Returnable Items (Strict)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items priced below ₹500
  • Sunfilms / Paint Protection Films (PPF)
  • Custom-cut or made-to-order products
  • Liquids, chemicals, and hazardous materials
  • Electronic, Mechanical items & Machinery.
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • B2B orders

10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include all tags, accessories, and invoice
  • Product should be in resalable condition

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Please share your order details and reason for return.

If approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Do not send items without prior approval (they will not be accepted)

Important: Unboxing Video Required

For any damage, defect, or wrong item claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Full unboxing process
  • Product condition

This helps us ensure a fair and transparent resolution.


Damages / Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

👉 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return the original product (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take 5–7 working days
